The rent includes:
Accommodation, energy costs, use of all facilities, bed linen, towels, bath towels.
Other services (daily cleaning, cook, catering, etc.) available upon request.
Additional costs: 13% VAT, final cleaning €300.
Bookings are only possible on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. Other periods are available upon request only. Pets are not allowed.
Payment terms:
To complete your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required, which should be transferred to the YARES doo account. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival. Additionally, a security deposit of €300 per person will be reserved on your credit card and released upon departure.
Cancellation policy:
For cancellations up to 60 days before arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is due.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
